We may collect parent or guardian contact information, athlete name and age, sports background, training goals, booking details, and information needed to coach safely. Payment providers process payment information on our behalf; we do not store full payment card numbers.

We use information to respond to waitlist requests, schedule and provide training, maintain athlete records, send service communications, process payments, improve our services, and meet legal or safety obligations.
Youth athlete information
Our services are arranged by a parent or legal guardian. We collect youth athlete information only as needed to provide training and communicate with the responsible adult.
Sharing and storage
We share information only with service providers that support our operations, such as authentication, hosting, payment, email, and text-message providers, or when required by law. We take reasonable steps to protect information and retain it only as long as needed for business, safety, and legal purposes.
